I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Hazal who spoke English well. The hotel wasvery comfy and tidy. It was conveniently located near a shopping mall, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, a park, and a supermarket within walking distance.
Nothing, it was perfect.

We had an exquisite stay at this luxurious hotel. the service was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, offering a wide range of treatments, including full body massages and beauty treatments. the indoor swimming pool was heated, and there were sun loungers for sunbathing. The location was perfect, with a shopping mall, cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket within walking distance. Cons: the only minor issue was the language barrier with some of the staff members who were not fluent in English. the other staff members were able to communicate effectively.
